A series of three open yoga classes with Jude Murray to accompany the Healing Space Yoga for Cancer training course while Jude is in town.
These classes are open to absolutely anyone and explore gentle, restorative and empowering yoga, meditation, breathing and relaxation techniques in Jude's unique, open and integrative style.
You do not have to be living with cancer, but if you are, you are most welcome. You do not have to have practised yoga before. Th only consideration for accessibility is that the About Balance studio is up one flight of stairs.
